RL4000 Installation Video
This video provides an overview on how to install the ResortLock. Many of our customers opt to install the lock on their own. If you have any questions or need further detail on the installation process, please don't hesitate to contact us either by phone or email.
ResortLock Programming & Web Set Up
Programming the ResortLock takes about 5 to 10 minutes and can be done before or after installation. Unplugging the lock after set up will not caus the lock to lose its memory.
As this video shows, you'll first need to program the lock in 3 quick steps. Then you can go to the code generation site, enter the locks serial # and generate temporary remote codes for your property.
Software Management Package Set Up
ResortLock Software Management Package is an optional upgrade that can
be purchased along with either the RL2000 or the RL4000. Remote Codes
can still be generated without this software. The benefits of the
Management Software include:
- Audit Trail - See who and when guests enter your property.
- Visual Programming - program codes and schedules visually on your computer instead of manually entering on the keypad.
- Access Schedules - set up access schedules for employees or maintenance. (Ex. Set code 1234 to only have access M-F from 10am – 4pm).
